    Villa Costa Residence is surrounded by the completely fenced garden of about 1500 m², which is at the disposal of all the guests. It is separated from a busy road adjacent to one side of the Villa with a high wall and green bushes that provide peace and privacy. Huge old pine trees offer shade in hot weather while orange and lemon trees add color. The advantage of the proximity of the road is the bus stop for buses headed for Lucca.
    There is sufficient parking space safeguarded by an electronic gate.

    There is free wireless internet access and TV sets in all the houses and apartments. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics. Free parking is provided on the grounds.
