Villa Costa Residence

    A lovely apartment for 2 to 4 persons. On the ground floor level there is a kitchenette with a fridge and a stove and a dining table seating 4, a small lounge with a comfortable double sofa, which unfolds easily, and a bathroom with a shower. On the entresol there is a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment was restored preserving the traditional Tuscan stone walls, terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The exit faces the meadow. There is a terrace with a table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. Gemma has air-conditioning.
   Gemma adjoins Casetta Rossa. They are separated with a locked passage. By opening the passage a double apartment becomes available with 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges.

    There is free wireless internet access and TV sets in all the houses and apartments. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics. Free Parking is provided on the grounds.
