Villa Costa Residence

    Prato apartment is ideal accommodation for a family of three. We have carefully restored it using natural materials like wood, stone and terracotta.
   On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a beautiful marble table, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. Mezzanine with a comfortable oversize bed is reached by wooden stairs –they’re steep and may not be easy to use by young children or elderly.
    The kitchen has two doors: the north door opens on the yard with the parking space for the guests while the south door faces a large meadow, after which the apartment is named, where the guests can sunbathe and rest in the sun. There is also a table with chairs and a parasol outside. The master bedroom has a direct access to the meadow too.
    Prato has air-conditioning.

    In all the houses and apartments, the kitchens are fully equipped (pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee makers, etc); there are hair-driers in each bathroom, an iron is available on request. We do not clean the quarters during rental, so toilet paper is not resupplied. We do not provide washing powder, soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cosmetics.
    All the apartments offer TV – Villa Costa, Alice, Vanity Fair, Torreta, Casa Domenico, Bella Casa Contadina have satellite TV with Polish channels, Casetta Rossa and Prato have only sat TV. There is free wireless internet access in every apartment. Free Parking is provided on the grounds.
